AM Welcomes Plan to Tackle Estate Management Fees

I recently met with a number of residents in Canon Walk in Llandough to talk about Estate Management fees.

The Welsh Government consultation on Estate charges on Housing developments closes on Thursday 30 April. This is an issue that is afftecting residents right across Cardiff South and Penarth.
