The Welsh Government want your views on proposals to change the way fees are charged by letting agents, landlords and third parties to tenants in the private rented sector.
The Welsh Government are consulting on the nature and level of fees being charged to determine:
- which fees, if any, are justifiably being charged to tenants
- fees paid by landlords to agents
- possible consequences of banning fees.
The consultation is open until the 27th September 2017 – and you can answer online or via post.
